PART-TIME SCREEN PRINTING APPRENTICE 

We are seeking part-time screen printers to help create merchandise for Star Cadet’s brand and our clients. Pay will be based on experience and is scaled as training and education are provided over time. All new hires are required to complete a 30-day assessment period followed by a performance evaluation.

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Screen printing on a manual 6 color press, made-to-order and small inventory basis
  • Maintaining daily production priorities
  • Maintaining ink inventory & mixing custom colors in advance of production needs
  • Anticipating quality issues and providing solutions
  • Maintaining spec sheets with up-to-date information and following spec sheet parameters
  • Coating, burning and reclaiming screens
  • Keeping the print area clean

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Possess some basic screen printing knowledge
  • Work well with a small team
  • Have experience in a fast-paced production environment
  • Be organized and diligent
  • Background in screen printing or another production shop
  • Experience with software such as Adobe, Google Sheets, Excel, Slack, and Asana.

PART-TIME/FULL-TIME: Part-time (15-30 hours per week)

HOURS: Daytime availability between 9 am - 5 pm

 

PART TIME SHIPPING ASSOCIATE - JOB LISTING 

We are seeking a part-time shipping associate to assist in fulfilling orders for Star Cadet’s brand and our clients. All new hires are required to complete a 30 day assessment period followed by a performance evaluation.

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Maintaining and fulfilling orders across multiple Shopify storefronts
  • Liaising between multiple production departments to ensure orders are fulfilled on time
  • Ensuring all finished products meet quality control standards
  • Coordinating with the Customer Service department in processing customer requests
  • Anticipating any shipping/production delays and communicating them with management
  • Performing regular inventory checks
  • Keeping shipping area clean and products organized at all times
  • Transporting packages to the post office daily

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Possess some basic e-commerce or order fulfillment knowledge
  • Have experience in a fast-paced production environment
  • Be organized and diligent
  • Work well with a small team
  • Background in retail
  • Experience with software such as Adobe, Google Sheets, Excel, Slack, and Asana
  • Reliable transportation
