WHERE IS MY ORDER?
All items are made to order and screen printed by hand by the small team at Star Cadet in Madison, TN. Please allow 2-5 weeks for production before your order is shipped. Customers will receive tracking information once their order has shipped.
Below are the typical transit times per shipping carrier once your order has shipped.
USPS
First Class packages 2-5 days transit time.
Priority packages 1-3 days transit time.
First Class International 7 - 21 business days.
Priority Mail 6 - 10 business days
UPS
UPS Ground - 1-5 business days
UPS Worldwide Express & Worldwide saver - 1-2 business days
UPS Worldwide Expedited - 2 -5 business days
You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
Once we hand off your order to the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible. We will do our best in any case to locate any lost orders but we only have access to the exact same tracking information as the customer. If you choose 1st class or ground shipping via USPS, please note they do not guarantee delivery times and USPS does not accept claims for lost 1st class or ground packages. If your package is lost by USPS we will reship the product free of charge however, the customer will at that point forfeit the right to a refund of any kind. Regardless of the shipping carrier losing the second attempted shipment.
International customers are responsible for all import taxes and fees.
If your order is returned to the sender for a mistake in the address or if customs fees are denied by the customer. A refund will only be issued once/if the product returns to our warehouse. We will not refund the shipping cost. If you wish to attempt a second shipment, we will need to be reimbursed for the shipping fee and provide a valid address before we attempt to reship.

RETURNS & EXCHNAGES
WE HAVE A 30-DAY RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY, WHICH MEANS YOU HAVE 30 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING YOUR ITEM TO REQUEST A RETURN. TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, YOUR ITEM MUST BE IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT YOU RECEIVED IT, UNWORN OR UNUSED, WITH TAGS, AND IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER IN YOUR EMAIL AND THE REASON FOR THE REFUND REQUEST.
CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING.

REFUNDS:
WE WILL NOTIFY YOU ONCE WE’VE RECEIVED AND INSPECTED YOUR RETURN AND LET YOU KNOW IF THE REFUND WAS APPROVED. IF APPROVED, YOU’LL BE AUTOMATICALLY REFUNDED ON YOUR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD. PLEASE REMEMBER IT CAN TAKE SOME TIME FOR YOUR BANK OR CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO PROCESS AND POST THE REFUND.
NO REFUNDS CAN BE MADE AFTER 90 DAYS FROM THE ORIGINAL ORDER DATE.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES:
PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER UPON RECEPTION AND CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY ON OUR CONTACT US PAGE IF THE ITEM IS DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED OR IF YOU RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM SO THAT WE CAN EVALUATE THE ISSUE AND MAKE IT RIGHT.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
WE CAN NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS OR GIFT CERTIFICATES.
SIZING
We have included size charts on each item. Be sure to check these before selecting a size. All item's color variations may fit a little differently. If you have any sizing questions for can not find a size chart. Or if you would like to request a custom size. Feel free to contact us.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
For best results with screen-printed items like ours, you should wash the items inside out with cold water, with like colors, and hang them dry.
Do not iron over the designs; use high heat or dry clean.
*ALL OTHER LIMITED SPECIALTY ITEMS WILL HAVE CARE INSTRUCTION TAGS.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, shipping will be a little more, and the wait time is usually around three weeks. Some countries charge tax duties and brokerage fees, in which case the receiver will be responsible for covering that cost upon arrival. The best way to determine if we ship to your country is to add the items you want to the cart and fill in your shipping information.
